Our lead service technician was recruited 12 years ago from a pizza parlor. Maurice knew he had the ability and drive to join the pool industry. One year after said pizza tosser he was hired, his brother came to work with Blue Ribbon Pools. He has been with us for 11 years climbing the ranks, as well.
Another example is Wayne, who is our project manager, who has been with us for 10 years. We also saw potential in his son Corey and he has been proudly working for Blue Ribbon Pools for three years now.

We Get Involved with Our Whole Team
Our team believes in giving back and has been known to win a bowling tournament or two! We are constantly looking for ways to keep our team and their families participating in events and educational opportunities.
